Abstract
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) and CAR-T cells therapy are treatments with curative aim for certain hematological malignancies, refractory or relapse. Nevertheless, they carry the risk of morbidity and mortality and may have a significant psychosocial impact, particularly for HCT. It is therefore necessary to identify psychological difficulties and social problems, as well as the patient's resources, and those of his entourage, in order to improve his overall management. The objective of this evaluation is not to pose contraindications to treatments, but to adapt the personalized care project. This identification must be carried out early on in the pre-HCT assessment journey to enable the implementation of appropriate actions by the various care providers. Based on a review of the literature, we designed a psychosocial data collection grid that can be initiated in pre-transplant and updated by accompanying the patient at each stage of follow-up (discharge from hospital, day-hospital follow-up, D100 evaluation). This grid is divided into 3 axes: socio-family context, psychological and somatic aspects. This tool allows the traceability of the interventions of different professionals and is a support for multidisciplinary exchanges.

Abstract
Patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) might present acute and late toxicities and the oral tissues are frequently affected. With the survival increasing, patients show late and long-term morbidities, and there is an important association between the general and the oral health. The first and second parts of this Consensus have showed the importance of the adequacy of oral health in the pre-HSCT, and the main alterations and oral care during the period of admission for HSCT. This third part aims to review specific themes of post-HSCT dental care, such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and the pediatric patient. It also aims to review pertinent subjects, both during the HSCT period and post-HSCT, concerning quality of life, pain, cost-effectiveness, and remote care. Based on this review, it is evident the importance of the work of the dental surgeon (DS) in the follow-up and treatment of the HSCT patient, always collaborating with the whole multidisciplinary team.

Abstract
The Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) held the 13th edition of the Clinical Practices Harmonization Workshops. Our workgroup reviewed the current data on the incidence, screening methods and international guidelines for the prevention of secondary solid cancers following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The purpose of this workshop was to provide recommendations for the screening and prevention of secondary malignancies to Francophone transplantation centers.

Abstract
A person's sexual and emotional life is greatly impacted after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). This topic is not addressed very much by patients and caregivers. Physical, endocrine and genital chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD)-related disorders are multiple and intertwined with psychological disorders. The Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) has issued recommendations for a better gynecological monitoring of female recipients after allo-HCT. A patient booklet was also offered to patients in the form of questions and answers to facilitate discussions between patients and caregivers and to improve the management of sexual and emotional life after transplant.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Allogeneic stem cell transplantation is currently the only curative therapy for hematological disorders. This treatment can lead to complications, of which ophtalmological involvement. METHODS We reviewed the literature and established accessible and convenient recommendations for hematologists and ophthalmologists. RESULTS Ophtalmological follow-up should be done in every patient having had an allogeneic transplantation, by the hematologist questioning and by the ophthalmologist physical exam. Complications due to graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) or not due to GVHD are cited, as well as therapeutic options. DISCUSSION Screening and treatment of ophthalmologic complications in allogeneic stem cells transplantation recipients requires a close collaboration between hematologists and ophthalmologists. The management of these patients by caregivers trained in these questions is encouraged.

Abstract
Bone health disturbances occur commonly after hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) with loss of bone mineral density (BMD) and avascular necrosis (AVN) being foremost. BMD loss is related to pre-transplant chemotherapy and radiation exposures, immunosuppressive therapy for graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD), and results from deficiencies in growth or gonadal hormones, disturbances in calcium and vitamin D homeostasis, as well as osteoblast and osteoclast dysfunction. While the pathophysiology of AVN remains unclear, high-dose glucocorticoid exposure is the most frequent association. Different societal treatment guidelines for osteoporosis exist but focus mainly on menopausal-associated osteoporosis. HCT survivors comprise a distinct population with unique comorbidities, making general approaches to bone health management sometimes inappropriate. To address a core set of 16 frequently asked questions (FAQ) relevant to bone health in HCT, the American Society of Transplant and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT) Committee on Practice Guidelines convened a panel of experts in HCT, adult and pediatric endocrinology, orthopedics and oral medicine. Due to a lack of relevant prospective controlled clinical trials that specifically address bone health in HCT, the answers to the presented FAQs rely on evidence derived from retrospective HCT studies, results extrapolated from prospective studies in non-HCT settings, relevant societal guidelines, and expert panel opinion. Given heterogenous comorbidities and needs of individual HCT recipients, answers to FAQs in this article should be considered as general recommendations with good medical practice and judgment ultimately dictating care of individual patients. Readers are referred to the supplement for answers to additional FAQs that did not make the core set.

Abstract
The Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) organises annual workshops in an attempt to harmonise clinical practices among different francophone transplantation centres. The SFGM-TC harmonisation workshops aim at establishing practical guidelines, on the one hand, from data from the literature and international recommendations and, on the other hand, by consensus in the absence of formally proven data. The sexual and emotional life of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplanted (HSCT) patients is often very impacted and remains a subject relatively little addressed by patients and caregivers. This article is an update from a previous workshop and is accompanied by a patient booklet, which will be included in the post allograft follow-up workbook published by the SFGM-TC. The purpose of these two documents is to facilitate discussions between patients and caregivers on the subject and to present proposals for follow-up and tools to better manage the sexual and emotional life of allotransplanted patients.

Abstract
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is widely performed in children and adolescents with hematologic diseases including very high-risk leukemia. With increasing success and survival rates, the long-term sequelae of HSCT have become important. Here, we provide guidance to the prevention and treatment of the most common bone morbidities - osteoporosis and osteonecrosis - emerging in the context of HSCT in children and adolescents. We give an overview on definitions, symptoms and diagnostics and propose an algorithm for clinical practice based on discussions within the International BFM SCT Committee and the Pediatric Disease Working Party of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, our expert knowledge and a literature review.

Abstract
Acute and chronic renal failures are very common after allogeneic HSCT. These complications have a real impact on mortality and morbidity of transplant recipients. Within the framework of the ninth workshops of practice harmonization of the Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) held in Lille in September 2018, various causes and mechanisms of renal failure, diagnostic work-up, treatment and recommendations to limit renal failure after transplantation are reviewed. Recommendations to adjust medications to avoid renal failure are also proposed in this article.

Abstract
Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) can halt organ damage and eliminate symptoms in hemoglobin disorders, including sickle cell disease (SCD) and thalassemia major (TM). Managing the residual manifestations of pre-HCT disease complications and the long-term effects of HCT requires systematic monitoring, follow-up, and intervention when indicated. Late complications vary with age and disease status at HCT, and with transplant variables such as preparative regimen, donor source and compatibility, and immune reconstitution. An international consensus conference sponsored by the Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Consortium (PBMTC) in May 2016 entitled 'Late Effects Screening and Recommendations Following HCT for Immune Deficiency and Nonmalignant Hematologic Disorders' focused on follow-up after HCT for hemoglobinopathy. An earlier publication from experts who participated in this session described the pathophysiology and spectrum of complications that HCT recipients experience after HCT for SCD and TM. This companion publication summarizes the consensus reached by this group of experts about long-term follow-up guidelines after HCT for hemoglobinopathy. In addition, these guidelines might also be included in studies of novel curative therapies such as autologous HCT after hematopoietic progenitor stem cell gene modification.
